The Benefits

• Great ideas, tips, and advice from two members of Stampin' Up!™'s My Digital Studio Advisory Board, Wendy Weixler and Jan Tinklenberg. Wendy has a Mac and Jan has a PC, so we have both ends of the MDS spectrum covered!
• Each month we will create two exclusive sketches with a legend of coordinates so that you may place your page elements in the exact same place on the page as well as making them the right size so that your finished result will look just as cool as ours. These sketches will be available as JPG files that you will be able to download to your computer.
• Exclusive Video Tutorials, available only to members of The Tink & Bell's Digital Scrapbooking Club!
• Member contests and other opportunities to show off your beautiful creations with other members.
• Up-to-date information on software upgrades and the newest downloads.

The Cost

Two options are available for membership:
• 1-year membership for $45.
• 6-month membership for $25.

Terms & Conditions

Membership

• If you decide after a month or two that you no longer wish to be a member, there will be no refunds offered. If you are unsure, we suggest trying the 6-month membership first.
• A reminder that your membership is about to expire will be emailed within the month prior to the expiration date so that you may renew promptly.
• Membership is not limited to people who live in the United States, as we do not sell product as part of the club. The club is an instructional service to help people learn to use the My Digital Studio software and to have fun!

Privacy and Security

• The website for Tink & Bell's Digital Scrapbooking Club is password protected with the passwords being changed each month. You will be emailed the new password on the first day of the month, so please provide a valid email address if it differs from the email you use for Paypal.
• Videos posted on our site will be private, for members only. They also will be password protected and passwords will be posted on below the embedded video for your convenience.
• Your private information will not be shared or sold to any third party. The only emails you will receive from us are monthly passwords and a reminder that your membership is about to expire.
• Please practice web safety! We guarantee that our sketch files have been scanned thoroughly for viruses, but we highly recommend that you have adequate virus protection and a firewall installed on your system. For Windows users, Jan recommends Avira or Avast Virus as well as Comodo Firewall, all available for free online. Another program Jan recommends is Malwarebytes AntiMalware to run regular scans on your system. Using AdBlock add-on for Firefox users is also recommended. Many viruses come from ads on websites...the nice thing about ours? No ads!
Sketches
• Sketches for the month will be offered during that month only. If you for some reason miss downloading the sketches for a month, please email us and let us know, and we will email you the files. We will allow you to do this only if it does not become a habit, so if it happens more than once or twice, we will regretfully decline to supply missing templates. Email reminders will be sent out when sketches are about to end their term on our website. If your membership expires, the privilege of requesting missing sketches expires one month after the end of your membership. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account, such as hardware failure or damage or viral infection.

Purchasing Digital Downloads

• We will both have our webstores accessible to those who wish to purchase MDS content from us, but we prefer that members who already have a Stampin' Up!™ demonstrator continue to buy from their own demonstrator if that is what they prefer. It is not our intent or purpose to lure customers away from demonstrators with whom they are already established and comfortable. However, we do acknowledge that our members have minds of their own and will make the decision on whom to order from based on their own preferences.
• We are US demonstrators, and so we cannot sell digital content to those who do not live within our borders. If you do not have a demonstrator in the country you live in, please use the demonstrator locator on the Stampin' Up! home page.
• If you are a demonstrator, you will naturally order digital downloads from yourself. Please feel free to let your customers know about our club but do not share our content, passwords, or templates with them for free.
• If you do not have a demonstrator from whom you order, please feel free to order from one of us! If you wish, you can pick one of us for your personal demonstrator or you can alternate between the two of us. Your choice and your preference!

Etiquette and Termination of Membership

• We respectfully ask that you do not share content, site or video passwords, or sketch files which you receive as a benefit of your membership with nonmembers. Creating the content and sketches for the club is a lot of work, so we ask that you honor our commitment to being the best MDS club on the web by not giving away our content for free. We reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund if we discover that you have been sharing passwords or sketch files with nonmembers.
• We reserve the right to delete comments on blog posts on our site that are derogatory, insulting, bigoted, profane, sexually explicit, or inflammatory in nature in regards to ourselves or other individuals, so please play nice. Those who repeatedly post such comments after having been asked nicely to stop will have their membership terminated without refund.
• We reserve the right to remove any projects or photographs or links to the same that are shared by our members on our site that are derogatory, insulting, bigoted, profane, sexually explicit, or inflammatory in nature in regards to ourselves or other individuals. Again, those who repeatedly share such content after being asked nicely to stop will have their membership terminated without refund.
• Mama always said that three things a polite person does not talk about at dinner are politics, religion, and money. We think this is a spiffy guideline for our site as well and encourage those who want to talk about these subjects to find a more suitable venue, online or off, for doing so. While we acknowledge that we are both ardent and practicing Christians, we do not feel our website is the place for others to evangelize or proselytize, attempt to drum up votes for their party or candidate, or seek donations for any cause, no matter how worthy. We reserve the right to terminate the membership of those who repeatedly indulge in such behavior after being asked nicely to stop, without refund.
• We reserve the right to terminate the membership of any person who repeatedly tries to advertise their own business (whether their own Stampin' Up!™ business or any other kind of business) on our website. While we acknowledge that people will buy from whomever they like, we do feel that while our members are here that we are the only ones who have the right to advertise to them. Members who persist in this behavior after being asked nicely to stop will have their membership terminated without refund. Links to personal blogs are certainly permitted when sharing projects, but the purpose of those blogs and/or websites should be noncommercial in nature. Links on your personal website are your own business. We require this so that we may be compliant with Stampin' Up!™ policy.
