Ya ever have those evenings when you are so wiped out that even your HAIR is complaining of being tired???? You, too??? I am having that kinda day. We just spent the past week driving over 1,200 miles (in each direction) from Salt Lake City, Utah to Oshkosh, Wisconsin for the most EPIC EVER AirShow/Convention EVER!!! That also converts into 21 1/2 hours EACH WAY ... and I racked up over 176,000 steps on my Fitbit (NOT kidding!)! We just got home a couple of hours ago! Unpacked the car and the luggage ... threw dirty clothes in the washer ... then in the dryer ... and have been organizing things back to where they belong!! I DO have a card that I made earlier to share with you and this week's Hop with the Monday Montage girls ... and I am just now sitting down and typing everything up (it's after 10:00pm)!!
I was contacted by someone who read my blog and likes my style to make a very special 1st Birthday Card for her nephew. His name is Kingston, and his mom has his sweet little bedroom decorated with all sorts of zoo and jungle animals. What's better for a "King" than to be a LION, right??? So I created this little King of the Jungle (King of the WORLD??)for this little guy's first birthday!!

VERY cute card!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat card is a keeper! I think it's fit for a king.
ReplyDeleteAs for driving 21+ hours, it's never much fun. We just did 16 1/2 hours from Denver to Minnesota with a stop for dinner. Yikes! I hurt for days, and my feet swelled like watermelons. Next time I will remember to wear my "travel socks" that I use when I fly.
