Birthday Poinsettia

Ohmygoodness!! Isn't this poinsettia die DELICIOUS??? Seriously, I would have to say that it is probably one of my all-time FAVORITE Spellbinders dies ... EVER!! (And that's sayin' a LOT because I was on their Design Team for nearly a year and a half and I accumulated mui-MANY dies during that time!).

It was once again my turn to serve as hostess for the Free for All Challenge over on Splitcoast today. I chose "Winter Flowers" as my theme. Basically, I wanted to be able to have something to perk me up out of the cold, gray doldrums ...

Bwahahahahaha!! This has got to be one of my all-time favorite movies!! And that dumb phrase has been rockin' my brain for DAYS!! "It's gonna be cold, it's gonna be gray, and it's gonna last you for the rest of your life!!" If we could just get some SNOW to push this yucky, gray, chewable air outta here then it would be GREAT!!

Stamps: Baroque Motifs, Petite Pairs

  1. You should have joined Kim Smith & I at my place. We had so much fun yesterday making a really cool project that we never noticed the gray chewy air outside. And we had chocolate!

  2. Wow!!! I love that card; especially the poinsettia. And who else would do it in white and make it so beeeyouteeful!! Outdid yourself. Can't wait to see all the cards you did on "Dirty Dozen"....even though I saw them on SCS...once is not enough!

  3. Love your card Wendy! You are so right about the air. Boring and drab! LOL! We need snow! Let there be snow! Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!.

Seriously you would not have noticed the drab outside if you had been with Katie and I Thursday. We made the cutest project!
