TGIF Challenge #599 - this week we are highlighting one of my FAVORITE products this year - the Cutest Crew bundle!

Puppies, kittens, birdies and little paw prints and butterflies … what’s NOT to love???

I pulled out a couple of colors that I LOVE but seem to neglect … Secret Sea and Cloud Cover (and accented with some Cajun Craze!).

I chose to highlight this one little cutie patootie terrier … he just makes me smile.

The new Sunray embossing folder is going to see a LOT of use from me … and of course I had to sponge and splatter!!

Timeless Celebrations Bundle!

Oooooo!! Aaaaaaaaah! Isn’t this just the prettiest thing EVER??!??

I created this using the soon-to-be-released Timeless Celebrations Bundle … it comes with stamps, dies AND a coordinating embossing folder! Woot!! Woot!!!

The beautiful textures and layers you can create with this bundle are WONDERFUL!!

I used a little bit of Crumb Cake ink to sponge the edge of the oval in the middle to add even more depth … the flowers are stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink and accented them with a little bit of Peaceful Pine with the leaves.

October’s Product of the Month is MOST EXCELLENT … and only $5 with a $75 order!!

Twenty-three … yes 23! star dies!! They are the perfect nested combo … with a bunch of smaller ones, too! I LOVE THEM!

I paired the stars with the moon and some So Swirly Embossed background details … the Every Phase Bundle is sooooo cute!!

I also used the Tile Garden Dies and for the sentiment I used one of the Scalloped Blooms Dies. Isn’t this cute???

Tomorrow is the annual Weixler Family Alpine Apple Pressing Day! LOVE This great tradition … we have gotten so high tech and good at this over the years … we can do in excess of 1,000 gallons in the course of a day! I can taste the juice already!! YUM1

TGIF Challenge #597 - Color Challenge

I saw this color combo for this week’s TGIF Challenge #597 and thought, “But I don’t have any new Halloween stuff!” So then I had to get creative!

Since I have been LOVING the new Hot Foil System I decided to work with it some more!

I created the background wreath using stamps from Wreath & Wonder and the three colors in our challenge.

I’m still on the fence about whether or not I should have used my blending brush and some Pumpkin Pie ink to dull down the brightness of the white, but all in all I think I like the outcome!

I stacked two of the gold foiled wreaths on top of one another … one on Basic White and the other on Granny Apple Green. I think I’m gonna try to do a fuller wreath with many multiples of the gold die … wouldn’t that be fun??
