I think I have mentioned before that the sketch challenges on SCS are my favorite challenge of the week . . . it's always fun to get new ideas for card layouts, as it is easy for me to repeat the same ol' thing time and again!
I just bought this "Terrific Tulips" set from a fellow SCS'er. It has been on my wishlist for quite a while, so I just decided to break down and buy it. It's a classic . . . I love almost every card I ever see made with it.
I have found that Garden Green is a darker version of Wild Wasabi, so I paired the two inks together for the greenery. I also paired Real Red and Purely Pomegranate for a fun duo. I wasn't sure it was going to work out, but I actually like them layered on one another.
Since the tulips are blooming in my yard, I thought today was as good a day as any to make some of my own. Spring is a-comin!

I love the tulip foliage on the two back layers, Wendy. The red and pomegranate do work great together and great idea to use garden and wasabi green together.
I have seen many cards with this layout and I have to say that I have not been fond of any of them but yours. I didn't like the challenge layout at all this week but you did a great job. I love this card.
