Just A Note

Sometimes less is more?? I tend to make cards that I WAY over do with colors, shapes, layers and embellishments.

I challenged myself to try and keep this one a little more simple.

I love anything that is “office ephemera” adjacent. Notepaper, paper clips, inkwells, pens, pencils … it’s so much fun to play with!

The dies and stamps from Just A Note are the BEST! Plain, simple and easy!

I used the Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder to create the background. I then stamped two of the lined images onto Basic Beige cardstock (which is the BEST color!). I sponged around the edges of the little notebook pages after I cut them out using one of the Just A Note dies.

Here’s where I started to get a “little” extra … I love the little paper clip die, but I wanted to add something to balance out the card. I cut the flowers and branches using the Inspiring Imperfections Dies and then added a little double bow with Crumb Cake/Very Vanilla Baker’s Twine.

Come back tomorrow … I have something else fun to share!
