Blast Off!

Can you believe it is SNOWING in Salt Lake City this morning??? I HATE how Mother Nature is playing with my head . . . it starts getting warm then WHAM! More SNOW!! I am seriously considering a move to Hawaii . . .

I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE this little rocket ship from "Pun Fun". I have been designing this card in my head for weeks, and used Beate's WSC142 to put it onto paper (I actually only got this set a few days ago, so it was kinda hard to stamp without it!!)

A friend of mine came over a couple of days ago to get a couple of boy birthday cards. I realized I had a HUGE abundance of girly-girl cards, so I may have to switch gears for a while and represent the boys for a while!!

I had my Wizard out to do the circle Nestabilities, and just ran my Cuttlebug folder through it as well. I'm not sure how much you can see from the photo, but HOLY COW, does that baby ever emboss crisp and GAWgeous!! I thought it looked good after it came out of the Cuttlebug, but it looks even BETTER coming out of the Wizard!! Neat!

Stamps: Pun Fun, Classic Stars (jumbo)
Cardstock: Brilliant Blue, Brocade Blue, Real Red, Certainly Celery, Shimmery White
Ink: Black Stazon, Brocade Blue, Various Copic markers
Accessories: Nestabilities (circle) large, Cuttlebug D'vine Swirl ef, MM red/white ribbon, white brads, large and small star punch
