I made this card for my cousin's little girl who is turning 9 tomorrow ... maybe it's not little girlie enough, but I like the flower and the patterned paper, so I just decided to roll with it.
Stamps: Decorate a Daisy, Occasions Alphabet
Paper: Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Summer Smooches DSP
Ink: Rich Razzleberry
Accessories: Delicate Doilies Sizzlets Die, Small Scallop Circle Punch, 1" Circle Punch, Large Oval Punch, Brights Button, Whisper White Baker's Twine, Rich Razzleberry Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, Woodgrain Textured Impressions Folder, Chevron Textured Impressions Folder
By the way ... LOTS of excitement coming up in the next week ... the Control Freaks Blog Tour is on the 20th (that's MONDAY!), and the Artisan Award Winners will be having OUR blog hop on the 21st (but it will probably be up on the night of the 20th ... if everything goes as planned!)! Stay tuned ...

The summer break is almost over here in Scotland too - it goes by so quickly. I have a 9 year old granddaughter who would adore this card - the bright colours and the flower are just perfect. Elizabeth
I like how you used the wood grain embossing folder to make a strip of paper too. I never would have thought of that! Thanks.
My last daughter leaves for college on Sunday too. We can be empty nesters together!
